Melissa Elizondo Treviño is a recently graduated lawyer born and raised in the city of Monterrey in Mexico. She completed her law degree in December 2023 at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has a passion for advocating on behalf of her clients, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to cases on different branches of the law.

With a commitment to justice, Melissa embarked on her legal career in a prominent civil and family law firm, where she honed her skills on case investigation and legal documentation preparation. Inspired by her desire to make a meaningful impact in the criminal justice system, she furthered her expertise at the Criminal Clinic of Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she developed keen understanding of case analysis and defense strategy development.

Driven by a commitment to justice and fairness, Melissa continued to expand her legal horizons at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. Working closely with esteemed justice Ana Margarita Ríos Farjat, playing a pivotal role in drafting legal documents and providing support in high-profile cases. She also played a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the Administrative Tribunal of the State of Nuevo León, where she meticulously drafted and managed legal documents, rulings and legal records.

Outside her legal practice, Melissa enjoys indulging in creative writing, immersing herself in captivating reads and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through Pilates sessions.
