Robbie Smith represents injured workers across Georgia. After spending more than a decade defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims, Robbie now uses that prior defense experience to anticipate insurance companies’ strategies and outmaneuver them for the benefit of his clients.

Robbie joined Moebes Law in 2025 after leading a high-volume claimant-side practice at Morgan & Morgan, where he managed every stage of workers’ compensation litigation—from intake through trial and appeal. His courtroom experience spans depositions, mediations, hearings, and appearances before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and Appellate Division.

Robbie earned his J.D., cum laude, from Mercer Law School, where he was a member of Law Review. He holds additional degrees in Public Administration and Political Science from Georgia College. Outside the office, Robbie enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and two dogs.
