Amy S. Beard has lived in Europe, North America, and South Korea and has traveled to the Caribbean and China. Her father has Irish and Italian heritage and her mother is Korean. She is the youngest of two. Her father enlisted in the US Army and served 20+ years and her older brother is a commissioned officer from the University of North Georgia. Being from a military home, she enjoys assisting Michael in his Veterans Affair cases.
Amy went out-of-state to play DII women’s lacrosse at Lees-McRae college before transferring to the University of North Georgia. After transferring, Amy transitioned from being an athlete to working full-time while attending school. The she obtained her BA in English, Writing & Publication with a minor in Korean. Amy was a member of the English honor society, Sigma Tau Delta and graduated Sigma Cum Laude. She intends to pursue a law degree in the near future.
Amy’s previous work experience includes working in various industries ranging from book publishing, retail and fashion, to the food industry. Her diverse work background and global upbringing gives her a strong ability to relate to almost anyone.
In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Atlanta, traveling, cooking, going to music festival, and volunteering.
